i always get errors with gog linux installers in my Lubuntu Netbook, what i do is download the windows installer, install the game with wine, an then i copy all the game files or folder and paste it in my own DosBox folder.
sadly this workaround not always work, games like star wars dark forces could get you some insert cd errors.
