If you purchase W3 & DLCs, I heard you get Witcher 3 GOTY in your library for free. Does the same apply in reverse? If I purchase W3 GOTY, will normal game and DLCs be added in library as a separate download?

I bought GOTY, but I haven't got separate W3+DLCs, so unfortunately no :(
