Just don't step in it, you'll be fine!" Yeah, nobody should step in it, but you're still the person who dumped it there and it was your fault for doing so rather than using the far wiser option, which was not putting it there at all and asking for testing equipment. Heck, you still even had the opportunity to edit your post and remove the link, but no, you didn't even do that. If this was a PM or whatever, ok, that might make some sense, but out to the public? If this WAS a virus or scam link, you'd effectively be achieving the original scammer's purpose for them, for free.
