In a steam forum, a person mentioned there is very limited controller support available. Please help me know this lovely people.

The store page doesn't list controller support in the Game Features table.
PCGamingWiki says it lacks controller support.
At least one Steam thread says it doesn't have controller support.

By what Ice_Mage said, it most likely doesn't have controller support.
If you still want to play it with a controller, maybe tools to emulate keyboard and mouse in the controller could help you out.
Personally, I recommend JoyToKey for Windows and AntiMicro for Linux, but feel free to use other tools.

Glancing at the game's config, it mentions mouse/keyboard controls, nothing for a controller.
I'd map letters to match the controller as closely as you can, then map said keymappers to those keys so prompts will seem as close to natural as possible for use on the controller.
