There are already mods to remove all CC content and messages and even clean it out of the loading screens. The game doesn't need any CC content and they could always do bonus DLC add-ons like many other games do here on GOG. And it is absebnt on many other platforms. So they easily could but they are pulling in money on other areas... Skyrim wont happen for a long time, or at least until TES VI drops
