If I can choose none in the game then I will play without it, I would have more fun in the game that way. And besides my shooting skills were improved a lot.

Depends on the game. If you need to aim at / interact with something, then yes. Having the option of a crosshair is always a good thing for developers to provide as alongside FOV adjustment and being able to disable head-bob, etc, it can also play a part in motion sickness reduction by having something on screen remain static whilst moving.

Depends. But usually, if you can aim down sights, I disable it.

I prefer to aim using the sights of the weapon, if that option is available, instead of a crosshair that's only a game-feature.
