Do you believe GeraltOfRivia_PL's had a positive impact on civilization? If not, then why is he still here?
And if by having sex, you fail to do anything but having sex, why are you still .. um .. having sex?

What about you?
No, definitely not, it makes lots of young men waste precious life time which they could use on other pursuits like studying history, fighting and sexual intercourse. It wouldn't even surprise me if video games had been deliberately created by corrupt elites, in an effort to consolidate their own power and make populations more docile and averse to revolution. Someone should do a Deus Ex-style game where you uncover the shocking conspiracy behind video gaming.

"positive" is very subjective, so my answer would be meaningless to you or anyone else. Also, why is any impact at all some requirement, for anything?
Well, at least we can be certain Civilization had positive impact on video games.

Oh absolutely, if it hadn't then the series would've stopped at the 1st or 2nd game. Instead more and more spectacular entries have been added to the series. Though personally I think that the series reached its zenith with the 4th one.

If the gaming peasants aren't fighting or having sex, then where will that corrupt elite find an army to fight in their silly wars? I see plot holes!

Honestly, the level of shit posting on here has gone down hill recently.

Not even a hint of humour and spelt with a z.

Do you think your post has had a positive impact on civiixastion or gamzing for that matter?
While i do enjoy your posts from time to time, give the civilian something to do when he visits his favorite gaming platform etc this is becoming a bit, of course i'm in no position to say anything since i am responding, gives me something to do during a minute of boredom, could have watched a linus tech tips video too for example, but since i'm at it i can honestly say that no i don't think that video gaming changed civilization in any way, at least not my civilization. Weirdo's will be weirdo's etc etc

Your follow up in the post is pretty wrong, how can you go from does video gaming have or had an impact towards if you say no why are you gaming? That is way to much accusation, keep it open next time and try to stay away from overthinking/narrow minded by leaving room open to communicate

Killer robots, or clones who have been genetically engineered to resist gaming addiction.
And maybe it isn't corrupt elites...what if it's extraterrestrials who want to prepare their invasion by weakening humans through video gaming? Wouldn't it be ironic if aliens were behind the X-Com games?
Ooooh boy! Whatever the OP's on, I sure don't want any.
