I have Witcher 3 GotY both here and on Steam. On maxed out settings, the Steam FPS counter shows me like 150 FPS, while on GOG i have around 100 FPS. This makes me wonder, is there any difference in how the 2 platforms count FPS? I am just curious

You can use Fraps if you want consistency. I'm not sure exactly how FPS is measured.
