Hi. I tried to purchase Everspace expansion first, since I would receive Everspace with $15 purchase. But, I was not allowed to do it, because I did not own Everspace. So, I am wondering if I can deposit $15, receive Everspace and purchase expansion later. Thanks in advance.

You need to spend 15$ while the sale is active to receive Everspace as an freebie.

You could make a $15 purchase as a gift. Once you do so, you will receive Everspace and then can redeem the giftcode for yourself (if in doubt about how to make a gift purchase/redeem a giftcode, just ask).

How long did it take to get your Everspace code? I made a $16.47 purchase as a gift, but I haven't received my Everspace code. It's been half an hour; I got the Fantasy General code immediately.

It's fine if it takes hours, or even a couple of days. It just seems odd that I would get one code immediately and not the other.

If the key doesn't show up on the main page, take a look at your e-mail. Someone else reported a similar issue where he got the key for Fantasy General but not for Everspace.

I just checked my email and the code for everspace came as the same time as my receipt. I think both emails took an hour though. not sure of the specific time I made the purchases.

My email is where I received my Fantasy General code. I just checked my spam folder, too. I'll fire off a message to support. I don't want wait too long, since I was hoping to play Everspace this weekend.

Edit: Apparently it's a known issue. They just sent me this email:

email. payment went through right away, of course lmao. pretty sure I bought everything sometime during 9pm. emails were received at 10:30.
