Today, at work I have received a mail saying that Cultist Simulator, game I would have liked to buy, had a 25% discount, I was going to buy it back home, and now I see it full price again, is it possible a discount disappears so fast?

I have just checked it was on this week weekely sale but it has been taken away, any reason for this?
