Hi, i am new in this account and i have a huge problem, i cannot connect to the gog platform, when i click on connect it takes me to another site that ask me for a Code that i dont have any idea of what it could be.

Is there any fix for this? i have re - installed the gog galaxy but the problem did´nt fix.

It looks like you are already signed in. That is the page to redeem a code for a game or a gift. I have several that I've received from promotions and contests for example. Does this help you?

Where do you see the message about it not connecting? Can you upload a picture?

You need the code sent to your email address and sometimes it goes into spam,also it only lasts 15 minutes and then it becomes invalid.

I see the message in the main lobby of gog (or for example when i am on the open menu before i click on "play the game" , when i try to play it it says that i am offline and i cannot play)

What are you trying to play? I assume Gwent, as that's the only game on GOG that requires you to be on-line. And by 'gog' do you mean Galaxy? If so, then make sure your antivirus and/or firewall aren't blocking Galaxy from the internet.

Yeah, I feel more an more disconnected from gOg recently also.
