I made one purchase for $13 USD and another two $3.50 USD or more purchases and i didnt get starcrawlers ....
Did i need to do it in one transaction ?

Could the GOG people help me and look into my account ?

Did you check your email? Some people weren't aware that GOG didn't add the game to everyone's account automatically, sending a code by email instead. It's bound to be there; if it's not you just have to contact support.

But you didn't really need to create two threads for the same thing in less than three minutes...

That's the forum screwing up. My response with the links to the relevant threads and posts just gotten eaten as well. But if the poster needs additional help, their best bet would be to look at the thread discussing the sale:

Creating new threads on the same topic is frowned upon on almost all support forums. It's best to look first before posting.

Im sorry, I had an issue when my browser crashed when i started to post it and i came into the forum and it wasnt there at all so i thought i had to post again and then once i looked into the forum 5 minutes later both where there.
It doesnt help they dont make it easy to delete your own threads ,

I tried to remove it Via edit and the other buttons and i cant figure it out .

Don't worry, you need to contact a blue (gog employee) if you want a thread removed. Alternatively you could try support.

Ah that makes sense. Alright then. Yeah, this is a functionality that could be available to this forum. Hopefully the supposed new forum (that's supposedly in the works) will add it, along with many other things the current forum software lacks.

I haven't received my StarCrawlers yet either.

Where any purchases made with GOG Wallet funds? If so those didn't count.

That's not true. My entire purchase was made with GOG wallet funds (added about 1 month ago) and I've received my Starcrawlers copy.

That statement indeed is misleading at best and several people already have asked for clarification in that thread. For me it also has been the opposite. I've purchased all games with (payed) wallet funds, and got StarCrawlers as a bonus. Otherwise it would have been a clear discrimination of wallet funds, which cannot be in GOG's interest.
The difference may be that wallet funds received exclusively from the Fair Price Package did not count towards the bonus goal. But that's speculation only and I also had hoped for a clarification.

Not sure about this, but does GOG lump NZ in with Australia? Maybe they charged you in AUD?

Fair enough, but if they did use wallet funds it would at least give us a starting point to ask more clarifying questions as to why they didn't get starcrawlers.
