Yesterday I purchased MEDAL OF HONOR: ALLIED ASSAULT WAR CHEST and the money came out of my pay pal account, but the game is NOT in my library . I did not receive a confirmation e-mail from GOG, so I contacted them to let them know. How long does it usually take for them to add or get back to me?
Normally the game appears instantly in your account once the transaction is complete, but the site has been having some odd issues the last couple of days and there have been a few reports like yours. Support will fix it, but it takes them a couple of days to respond.
Have you tried refreshing your account? Hasn't happened to me in a while, but sometimes, you need to click the refresh link that's on the support page to get it to show up.

I checked all over support and don't see a refresh at all. I guess I will give it some time to see how they respond to me. They have their money , so hopefully they don't make me wait too long. This is my first time using GOG and my first purchase through them. Doesn't look good so far lol
Don't forget to attached screenshot or any other form of proof that your paypal is already billed for the game. I never contacted support before, but from recent experience of other people here, it needs some time..

Well, there are a lot of technical problem lately on GOG. They really need to straight it out. I think it is since they launched Galaxy client... or released the Witcher 3. Or perhaps it is just my imagination.

I only once had auch an issue some time ago, but it was sorted quite fast. You could try contacting Firek directly. Also don't try to send several requests as that would bump them to the bottom of the queue.

The link for the account refresh can be found in the Downloads and streaming section of the site's FAQ. It is the following: https://www.gog.com/user/refresh

You should also check for something else; whether the game was added to your order history. To access your order history, go to your account and click "Orders and Settings". If GOG has correctly recorded the order, then your purchase should be there.
I had the same issue yesterday/veryearly this morning (3AM) when I bought Her Story for myself.

I am still waiting for a reply from support.

It took several attempts for it to connect to PayPal to take the payment, but the game is not even listed in my orders.

The site was being very slow and unresponsive as well.

I think they are probably falling victim to their own popularity with servers that cannot take the strain.

Two copies of it were listed as pending after I had paid for it already yesterday.

I have already tried the refresh link and there was no effect.

Ya that sounds more like server strain - I noticed the site was a bit wonky yesterday. Did that new Witcher Patch go live yesterday?

*edit to add And with a name like "hailtheabyss" I'm disappointed you were buying a game called "Her Story" yesterday, and not the Lovecraft games ;)

Well, I have been re-reading my Lovecraft books lately and I'm sure I'll get them at some point! Even though I tend to be really really bad at adventure games as I am too impatient....

By the way, they have just sorted out my issue - about 20 minutes after my previous post! It's either coincidence or they really do take care to read their forums :-)

That is exactly what happened to me

Thanks everyone for your replies, I tried the refresh Ixamyakxim and it didn't work =( but I appreciate all your help, I only submitted 1 claim about it, so hopefully it wont be too much longer
If it doesn't go through you can come over to my place and play that War Chest. I have three different copies just in case there is a disaster and I lose two of them. :D

This is a "common" issue. I have experience 3-4 times along my shopping historial here. First, ensure you have been charged (I use PayPal, so I ensure and double check there is a charge for the game). Then contact support with a correctly tagged ticket. Ensure to give them the order number and they shall fix it on no time.
Every time I hve had this issue, it always took me longer to write the email than to GOG to get shit fixed (Poland non-work time aside).
