I spent 14.99 euro for a expansion I clearly wanted... but did not get my free game... which I'm not that interested...So, question is... should I quit hoping? I clearly have some issuses with my mail adress, since I qualified for other freebies I got barely (needed to contant the support)...

I wish to change my email (it's hotmail now, but I'm also owner of gmail..) ASAP, but I stil hope I will get it... would changing a email change anything?

And yes, I check my spam folder, I checked every single folder in my mail.... no codes...

If you don't get it after 24 hours, I would send a support ticket asking staff about it.

https://support.gog.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I would wait the 24 hours though to make sure the email doesn't show. Most email servers retry every hour.

Changing your email address wouldn't affect anything. The email would be in the queue at the email server if it's been sent already and past the account system.

Hope this helps

I use hotmail, too. And normally all emails from GOG are in my Inbox. Only the GOG-mails with codes for free games end up in the "Junk mail" folder. I don't know why. So please check your junk mail folder.

What part of "I checked my spam folder" you didn't understand...
