It's not the game, it is the goodies associated with the game (wallpapers, music, etc). Everyone got it for free a week or so ago, but if you've already bought the entire game, that's probably irrelevant to you.

No, I have the goodies on another order. It's called the cyberpunk 2077 goodies collection, and the receipt for that doesn't show a value.

I believe that to be the pre-order discount pack.

Everyone that pre-orders before July 4 gets some discount codes, and this includes those that pre-ordered before the start of the offer.

If you note the discount line, it mentions the words "merch" and "codes", which is essentially what the preorder bonus is - discount codes for Cyberpunk 2077 related merchandise.
