SCPM: I don't think Night Dive will be bringing anything from LucasArts, based on their reply "We'll look into it, but this is one of those cases like Disney where the property holder is still alive and kicking and doing very well for itself." It makes sense, as why would Disney want to share a piece of the pie with anyone else? What could Night Dive possibly offer that Disney couldn't do themselves?
The point that's trying to be made here is that they could be releasing anything, and they directly referenced a coming release that's had hints on their Facebook page. They paid a visit to Tim Schafer, they've already released some Wizardry's which could lead to 1-5 being release, and the same goes for System Shock 1. They've also had a huge number of references to Grim Fandango and a couple for Full Throttle. They also have posted multiple posts regarding Shodow Man, even though it's already out and they didn't actually publish it (but may have played a part). In terms of Lucasarts, I'm pretty sure they're playing mind games with us no matter what the answer to that ever curious rumor is.
I'll be thankful for any old classic. They even posted in regards to Crimson Skies, among a couple others.
