I sent a request to Night Dive to look into fixing the rights issues with the first Freedom Force game, the response I got was: "Thanks for the heads up, this is definitely worth a look!"

Command Adventures, The Fortress of Dr. Radiaki, possibly Harvester (oh-god-do-want).
Good thing Night Dive didn't get that memo about there being no worthy old games to pursue anymore, that aren't from a major publisher.
