Time to rock. Devil May Cry titles are here!

We’re thrilled to welcome Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition and Devil May Cry HD Collection to both the GOG catalog and the GOG Preservation Program, fully DRM-free and ready to be played in their best form forever.

Bundle containing both titles HERE.

The timing of this double arrival is perfect, as Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition is celebrating its 10th anniversary!

It’s a joy and an honor to bring this legendary series from Capcom to GOG. Whether you are returning to the action or discovering it for the first time, we hope you create unforgettable memories with these masterpieces.

But Dante isn’t arriving alone. Today, more legends join the GOG Preservation Program:

Leisure Suit Larry: Reloaded
Voyage: Journey to the Moon
Star Wars™ Rebellion
Tex Murphy: The Pandora Directive
Populous™
Mortal Kombat 1+2+3
Star Trek™: Judgment Rites
Magic Carpet™ 2: The Netherworlds
Castles + Castles 2
Earthworm Jim 2
Imperium Galactica

Each of these titles is fully optimized for modern systems, DRM-free, and preserved to remain accessible for generations to come.

Thank you for being part of this journey. With your support, amazing partners like Capcom, and our shared love for games, we are showing that classics do not have to be lost to time.

Let’s keep making games live forever. See you soon!

UCrest: The funny thing is that I played the original version of RE4...
Now you want to say, that OG RE4 control scheme is more convenient(or less "torture") than the more widespread, spanning a lot of different genres, broadly considered the default one? Or is it just your personal opinion?
Because saying that you finished the game does not grant you any credibility points regarding arguments for a better/worse control scheme.

Wodenke: The japanese version of DMC 4 also seems to come with an exclusive extra.
No premium movie for baka gaijins, I suppose.

Anyone know a free/open source VPN that allows to temporarily move to Japan?
If you sign up for a ProtonMail account (free), you also get access to the free servers for ProtonVPN. Unfortunately you can't choose which server it connects you to anymore, so you're going to be playing roulette with it until it gives you a Japanese server. While I'd like to have the JP voices myself, I don't think it's worth buying it twice. Curious how it would show in library/wishlist if I took off the VPN.

Blah blah blah... Relaxx and enjoy your DMC games. Don't waste time discussing trivialthings.

Bye, bye!
Wow! DMC! Here! And in my Library!

UCrest: Bye, bye!
So you can express your opinion on the internet, but I'm not able to question it?
Lmao. People tend to fold like lawn chairs when faced with a slight pushback.

What a pathetic guy you are. LOL

That's not an argument, pal. Just your emotions. Can you form a coherent argument, or will just continue to white-knight for that dude with feeble little insults?

Mafwek: I would say they both DMC 1 and 3 are more similar to Dino Crisis 2, then Resident Evil games.
By similar to Resident Evil I meant: exploring rooms and finding key items, save points, similar graphics and music, etc
avatar
Mafwek: What are you talking about? There is no Devil May Cry 2, or a reboot with black haired Donte!
In that vein there's also no Dino Crisis 2 ;)

Shout to GOG for locking in on DMC.
The bundle on intro pricing? My wallet didn't stand a chance. XD

Xeshra: I think there should be a mod out there, but not sure if it is compatible with the fresh GOG version. It surely will become adapted soon because in usual GOG versions enjoy good mod support.

Guess that one:

bzdursky: Yes, there are mods that fixes that, but having it right out of the box would be incredible.
Maybe GOG could get that mod to join via their new GOG Mods Program?

Blasphemy! Dino Crisis 2 is better than Dino Crisis:D
GOG, please bring DmC: Devil May Cry to the store as well. I really want to play with Emo Dante again <3
Not digging the currency for sale through the GOG shop, but I know they did a questionnaire for long timers a while back, so people must have voted they were ok with it.

In some ways it may be, but i'm not a big fan of the more linear stage style gameplay.
I appreciate they're both on here but at this time I can't justify buying them when I already bought them on Steam.
