It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I'm actually more confused about why people would actually believe a site that is explicitly trying to collect personal data for marketing purpose that there is a "good" chance of winning a giveaway. It's like these scam giveaways that prompt you to market a website on your Twitter feed, Facebook feed, sign up to the email newsletter, etc. for more "entries".
My post has been eaten here three times now. Not sure what is going on.

I gave them a tagged email address that can traced back to only them. Some of us have been fighting spam for well over 2 decades now and have learned a few tricks.

I sent them an email asking for a follow up and explaining that I can't see their comments. Awaiting a response.

If they use Disqus you are probably blocking that as that is a big adware whatnot.

Thank you for the suggestion but, no it;s whitelisted. *grumble* Too many of our clients use it even though we point out the issues of doing so.

Brett from destructoid contacted me. GoG is handling the distribution of codes to winners. He said he would inquire about the issue and see what is happening.

For reference, I point out that Brett was polite and I feel honest. Yes, there are a lot of scammers on the internet but I don;t feel this is one of them.
I doubt very much GOG would do business with someone known to be less reputable.

*cough* EA *cough*

*whistle*
Brett got back to me. GoG said "Sorry for the slight delay. We'll get on this today and send the codes to people asap."

Post edited to show the actual quote.

The winners have been announced in the widget here https://gleam.io/babL5/big-deal-sale-destructoid and will receive their codes in an email soon.
Thank you.

I don;t recall giving a name to the widget but anything that I would have used, it's not in that list. Oh well....

Oh and Elvis either is dead or went home. How can he be entering contests?
OK, this is weird: I've received the email with a giveaway code, but it's 3 characters too short, and there's no way to actually claim the game or even see what it is. I contacted tech support, but in the meantime, is anyone else having the same problem?

Edit: Just got a response (that was quick!) and using the direct web address works if you just click 'Continue'. I was confused because there was a captcha with no way to click on it.

I was among the winners, but never got my email. Who am I supposed to write complaints?

destructoid said to contact GoG with issues. I;d send in a support ticket to them.
