This "intend to" irks me because it means they haven't even established contact to GOG officials. They're publishing on consoles, consoles have a certification process, so these contacts are definitely establlished, and in put in writing. Shouldn't they have contacted GOG and made sure they can publish here BEFORE they made their kickstarter ... ?

These present developments look good though ...

The screenshot I attached after the succesful kickstarter confirms that the game WILL come to GOG. So I guess they have talked to GOG after all.
