After the developer of Small Radios Big Televisions made is game available for free on his website because WarnerBros Discovery warned him his game was being delisted from Steam, there are now more reports of other developers being warned of their games being delisted within 60 days.

This topic serves as a warning for those interested in acquiring any of the Adult Swim published games, if they're delisted from Steam they will probably be delisted here too.

List of Adult Swim published games for sale on GOG:
- Kingsway
- Westerado: Double Barreled
- Headlander (+ Soundtrack)

I'm sure they will. What a pity.

Luck for me this time, that I own every single game from ASG here on GOG.
I have Kingsway and Westerado: Double Barreled on my Gog wishlist .
BUMP
Some of these games are really good, people. Get 'em while you can.

Some of them may be re-listed if the devs can manage to get the rights back, but I wouldn't bet on it.

Same here.
After reading the reports, it seems one click is to much for WB. :-(

Another very good example of the advantage of DRM-Free.
i wonder if they got baned for being porn... i know its not but the name implies it to dum people
Update:

- Warner Bros. started returning ownership of some of the games.

- Adult Swim recently announced the delist of Mega Coin Squad, Super House of Dead Ninjas, Traverser, and Zenzizenzic on July 15 (Steam) because "the developer is not available to take over as publisher at this time".

- From what I've read the developers of Super House of Dead Ninjas sold the IP to Adult Swim and now want to buy the IP back but without success so far.

Regarding GOG games published by Adult Swim Games:

- Kingsway was returned to the dev on Steam, but it's still published by Adult Swim on GOG.

- Westerado and Headlander are both still published by Adult Swim on GOG and Steam. They didn't receive a delisting warning yet so will probably still be returned to the devs - at least on Steam.

- I don't know if GOG has a feature to transfer the publishing rights to another publisher without delisting the game.

- Keep and eye on those games and the date of July 15 as they might possibly get delisted from GOG.
