This is one of those periodic "How do I delete my review?" threads. I know that pretty much the only avenue available to me is to contact one of two specific mods and mention which of my reviews I'd like to delete now that I've changed my mind about a game. Please namedrop those mods so I can contact one of them. Thanks in advance.

You have to contact the GOG support and create a ticket to delete your review.

Did as you instructed, now we wait. If it works out, will mark your reply as the solution. : ]
I recommend that in future you do your review in a post in the forum section set aside for a game or game series, then link back to that in the Review section for a game. That then gives you full control, independent of others. You can also engage in constructive chat about your review or experience with a game, where you can possibly be enlightened about something you misunderstood etc.

I also suggest though, that rather than delete a review you gave, which was no doubt true at the time you posted, that you just add an updated review, that states your changed view. I think that type of approach is more helpful overall to others.

This is such a good idea Timboli.

That is pretty much what I'm trying to do. At the time I was very frustrated with a boss battle design, uninstalled game and gave it a scathing 1 star review. Now after completing said game twice, my mind is completely changed about it and intend to give a fair and balanced 3 star review. No blowing smoke up the game's ass, instead weighing the pros and the cons and why it nevertheless deserves to be given a chance.

How do u update/edit review? I dont see that option in my end anywhere or am I blind?
I just made my first review and while I thought I had proofread it carefully, a few spelling/double words still slipped through. Its a thorn in my eye that will forever prickle me untill I can correct those lol ><

I saw it, ty:)
But someone said to just update it, and this is the option Im still looking for and cant find.
The solution marked is for deletion but Im guessing by ur reply that its the same for editing too then?

I was kinda finding it hard to accept I cant even edit my review for spelling mistakes and was hoping to find that update button ><

If its not possible I sure would like to see this option available on GOG.

You've already submitted your work. You can't go back and alter it now; if the teacher allowed you to make revisions, it wouldn't be fair on all the other students!

Yes, the solution does apply to editing a review also. You won't make the same mistake twice, now that you know!
But now I have done something rather fiendish, I must admit. Even if you go back and alter your forum posts (the ones I have quoted) to correct the very minor spelling errors, they shall live on forevermore in their unaltered form, here in this post! Everyone will know!

You, me and all of us. Go ahead and vote for the feature, for all the good it'll do.

Done, ty.
The power of positive thought and wishful thinking is strong with this one.
