danmargog: I have put in a couple of "tickets" into support asking why they are refusing to accept my payments from a saved card I've used on GOG before and works just fine elsewhere...
GOG's change of payment providers may be the reason for previously saved (and valid) cards not working.

When I've had similar problems in the past (card rejected without the bank seeing any authorisation attempt) it has always been due to GOG's payment processor being over-zealous with their blocking. Aside from waiting for support to get back to you, the next best thing may be to try a cash-card like the PaySafeCard, if that option is available to you on checkout - the checks on that may be less draconian.

Also, check that any web-filtering plugins that you are using (e.g. uBlock, Privacy Badger, uMatrix) are either configured to allow the card-processor domains - or are temporarily disabled when trying payment.
I actually received a response from GOG support! And the person is saying useful things like:
"I have had a look at your order history, and can confirm that there are multiple purchase attempts that were not processed by our system."

instead of asinine things like:
"Based on your description, it appears that your ticket concerned two-step login issues."

So I might actually be able to buy more games and DLCs one of these days

:)

danmargog: A week, lol. The most recent ticket was opened on October 22. The one before that was in April. Their last response to the ticket of "Payment declined. Bank has no record" was "Based on your description, it appears that your ticket concerned two-step login issues" But I setup two step login anyway and, shocker, it still fails.

Cadaver747: Open your ticket, write anything in it, , for example "I can't process my payment still, help ASAP!". This is needed to change it to Open status if it was changed before, and even if it wasn't any update might help, then find any GOG member (they wear blue coats) and PM in chat about your situation with ticket ID.

If GOG member will not react - report back here.

Thank you.
I had responded on oct 27 and nov 21. But never received a response from them until just now.

Good to hear. What did they say?

EDIT: Sorry, you already posted it above. I hope your issue will be resolved and you could buy games from GOG store soon enough.

Actually I can't understand why this issue was not put on highest priority in the first place, you are a customer willing to pay for GOG games after all, preposterous!
