It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Glad to know that such feature exists. It reminds me of a programming environment or something like that.

king_kunat: As for the GOG GALAXY, Dark Mode reigns supreme for everyone as the new standard look.
Unfortunately, the site sections initially load the usual light background, before the content loads and the theme switches to dark. This results in a sort of "flashbang grenade" effect.
I don't like dark mode!!!!! How can I turn it off?

What BreOl72 said, just make sure you aren't on the forum because the option isn't available here. (thanks to the person who helped me figure that out)

Could go here and do it - https://www.gog.com/feed

ginevo: Thanks for the reply, but that is not what I am looking for. Previously I had the thumbnails nicely arranged in a grid. Now that grid is disturbed by "shelves" - that serve no other purpose than wasting screen real estate.
Your best bet is to scroll down to the bottom of the page in your library and find the 'Style' menu, next to the page numbers. Select the color matching the background-White for light mode or Piano for dark mode. Doesn't make them indistinguishable but far less prominent.

As for the update thank you to GOG for the quality of life! I had some weird visual glitches on Firefox for a couple of days, with each second forum post being blacked out at one point but thankfully everything's functioning swimmingly now. Although I'll second a previous post that the payment screen fields continue using white text on a white background when in dark mode, instead of switching font color.

king_kunat: Dark Mode is finally here!

Alright folks, we’ve got some super cool news:

Dark Mode is officially (and finally) available on our platform!

To enable it, simply open your profile dropdown menu on our website (hover over your username), and you’ll find the option there, near the bottom of the menu.

As for the GOG GALAXY, Dark Mode reigns supreme for everyone as the new standard look.
Let’s embrace the dark side!
Thank-you for this long awaited QOL feature. I do have a request for it though. There is a blinding white flash before the page loads. Can that please be fixed?

Thank you, this is great! :)

I think there's one (possibly minor) thing that could be improved though. If you compare the Wishlist and Collection pages (with the list layout selected), you'll notice that:
- On the Wishlist page, there's a subtle grey divider line between each game. This looks clean and fits the dark mode aesthetic very well.
- On the Collection page, however, this divider line is much brighter and feels out of place.
Screenshots attached for comparison.

Also a little side-note:
When zooming out in the browser on the Collection page, the divider lines between games sometimes disappear entirely. This does not happen on the Wishlist page. And unlike the color of the divider line (which is only relevant in dark mode), this bug is also present in light mode.

The forums have been in "dark mode" for 15 years so far. We're bringing the rest of the site up to date?
Thanks for making the website a little easier on the eyes.

It could use a little more polish here and there.

System Mode looks eerily similar to Dark Mode

System mode means that it tries to pick light or dark based on your browser's settings.
Very good, but now till remains bring back the PT-BR to the language options for the GOG store u.u
The "requires [game]" line for MODs doesn't use a light font color and thus is almost unreadable in dark mode. It uses color: inherit, and is wrapped in a span in a footer, rather than in a p element, thus isn't caught by the html:not([data-theme]) body.productcard p rule in the prefers-color-scheme: dark mediaquery.

Payment info text being the same color as the background makes it tricky to spot typos.
