You know, with how well adjusted you are, and how you've refused help at every single turn, I'm starting to wonder if maybe this wasn't self-inflicted. You do realize it's a weekend and the staff aren't robots, right?

I'm sure someone could pull a solution to your woes from the PCgamingWiki in a flash if you'd just ask nicely.

I´m no Galaxy user, so I can´t quite understand this:

"It didn't work..."

"...I had 6 minutes on the product due to troubleshooting..."

If the game doesn´t work, how can gaming time be logged? I´m not trying to say anything, just curious. Does that mean the .exe started once, but the game was too buggy to work further? Or can gaming time be logged even when the game- exe doesn´t start at all?

EDIT: grammar

an example how most people here did not read / understand the OP and just jumps on him on old habit...

this is not an "whaaaaaa.!!! I can't get my game to run, gOg is rubbish!!!!" thread, for which this would be good advice.

instead this is a "I found gOg custom support to be not very helpful, and the refund system is a bit crap. I will not use gOg again" thread, for which a response like this is not that much on point. No matter how good advice the foumites have, or what game it is, or how you might find very good info on PCgamingWiki - it does not change how gOg support works, nor the refund system.

or. if it is for example a unity game, the splash / set up starts, but not the game itself.

Humble105: I have only ever bought one product from GOG, and this was less than a week ago. It didn't work, so naturally I put in a request for a refund. Mind you, I had 6 minutes on the product due to troubleshooting and going through all the motions to try and get it to work. None of em helped. I submit a ticket, get a few replies that do nothing for me, and haven't received a new reply for two days.

Submit a new one, get a reply telling me troubleshooting techniques, try the one I didn't do, still doesn't work. I express this, ignored and CLOSED TICKET.

Submit a THIRD ticket to try and just leave with my damn money back. Closed immediately.

This is ridiculous.
To clarify, your tickets were being merged together as you were creating new ones instead of replying in the original one. The merged tickets do get automatically closed.
Creating multiple tickets does not speed up the resolution of an issue.

I'm sorry we couldn't get back to you sooner, it's most likely due to considerable time zone difference between USA and Europe and limited staff available at midnight our time.
I cannot see a clear point.

I happened once to have a problem with a game (Alone In The Dark - The New Nightmare), couldn't run at all in WIN 10.
After a ticket to support, got refunded with wallet credits, without further hussle.

Support responded swiftly, in a very professional manner.
