How do I contact customer support? I hit the link and get a screen with several radio buttons I select technical issues or whatever it is then hit continue and it sends me back to where I started.

Go to the support page (same link as "Games support" on the bottom of each page) with a list of games, if the game you're looking for isn't listed directly, you can search for it. When you found the game and went to its support page, you should find a box to the right with the title "Contact our support team" (see attachment), click the link there called "I can't find solution for my problem".
