I have recetly modded a GOG game wich comes with a custom exe, is there a way to have the main game potrait in galazy client to point to the custom exe ?

Rename the original exe (just stick .bak on the end or something), then change the modded file to match what the original was called.

Unless it's a launcher where it then needs the original to still be in place and named properly, in which case... probably not.

Yes it is a launcer, stardew modding api. and it need the original exe too work.
