What is current gog.com refund policy?
More specifically, can I refund I game in which I get so low framerate that I cannot play it smoothly ( in case when the title is 13-years-old so presumably not demanding and I have newest intel hd 620 integrated graphics ) if I didn't download the DRM-free version and only played it through GOG Galaxy?
This should be the current policy:

If you've not downloaded the game in any form (Galaxy or Installer) and you've bought it less than 30 days ago, you can ask for a no-questions-asked full refund.
If you've started the game but it does not work properly (provided that your PC specs are above the minimum requirements) get in touch with GOG Support. If they can't help you getting the game to work, they'll most likely offer you a refund. Once you download a game in any form from GOG, you can only get a refund for technical or other relevant reasons (like a severely outdated version of the game on GOG, the introduction of some form of DRM etc.). "I don't like it" is not enough.

Too bad. I honestly wouldn't mind GoG Galaxy having some form of DRM introduced if it would entitle me to a indisputable refund ( provided I didn't download the DRM-free / backup version of the game via the browser and didn't play the game longer than 1 - 2 hours ). But I guess, you can't have everything. Thanks for quick reply

EDIT: Luckilly I can buy it and try on Steam, refund it, and then buy on GoG

I'm pretty sure the majority here would hate that. Honestly, if you don't mind DRM and want a no-questions-asked refund you may as well just buy at Steam.

As for your frame rate issues, contact support: either they'll help you get it working or give you a refund. Out of interest, what game is it?

That's not completely true, but I was only refused a GOG winter sale daily deal refund on this basis. All the rest refund request were granted normally.
