I'm in Canada and the currency in my profile has ALWAYS been USD since CAD isn't available. However, today it changed automatically to GBP and it won't let me set it back. So as of right now, it seems my currency is permanently stuck on GBP.

Also, I can't purchase any games. If I try, it clears the boxes automatically and then it acts as if I haven't even attempted to pay.

Finally, I already tried posting about this, but my post was nowhere to be found after posting it. I could only view it myself after making it a favorite, and the replies were listed as "-1" whatever that means.

I've tried this now with two browsers and two different PCs. Something is really, really wrong with the GOG site.

That is really strange.
Did you try changing the currency in your account settings or on the mainpage or both?

Only thing you can probably do is write to support and hope they can fix this fast. Good luck!

I was able to change the currency at the bottom of the page (somehow I never noticed that before), but not in my account settings.

I just tried buying Cities in Motion again (5th attempt) and it actually worked. I have no idea why nothing was working before, but hopefully it was just some glitch that the GOG crew fixed.

That is good :-)
I had a problem with the currency kept changing on me earlier today.
It would go from dollars to pounds to euros.
While it was on pounds, it would let me buy games. While on the other two, it wouldn't.

If it was on one of the other two while I was trying to buy a game, I would just remove the game from my cart and then re-add it.
I found that this normally reset the currency to £ and would then let me buy the game.
