Hey GOGers,
StudioMDHR (the devs) tweeted the game should be released at a single time around the world--6AM PST. I'm EST so that would be 9AM.

However, it seems like that's not the case on GOG.
When I check the countdown, it says 31 hours and 38 minutes from now. That works out to about 5PM EST
Why the discrepancy? That 8 hours that I could be playing.

Will GOG change that?
That's bad! Hoping it's just an error with the timer
Should I feel less creeped out than that by the people who actually count and complain about the minutes between a product's official release and its consumption ?

Is it a new thing ? It doesn't happen with videogames only, right ? There are queues in front of movie premiers, of harry potter releases, of apple shops with new iphones, etc... Does it make it less distressing, or more ?

I just feel a bit terrified for some reason.

Most likely. kbnrylaec is sick of correcting GOG timers for promos and the like.

That would suck, to have to wait but there's worse things that could happen. It could be Xbox only for x months or just on Steam like Pyre ( at least afaik) .
