Ive been trying to get some gog games to run on android tablets, i was recomended to try crossover for android. So i tried it. I do have an intel cpu so thats not an issue. The problem is i cant get started. I cant really see a wine interface to work off of. If i try to import an exe package, it either does nothing or crashes and if i install steam straight from the app, it starts loadding, a wine interface appears, then closes and it endlessly says installing software and dependencies. I am aware it is a preview build. Any crossover users or linux users have any info?

Have you considered starting at DOS and working your way up?

I could but i'm not sure if that would be possible. My devices arent rooted. So dos would be a sandbox app, followed by an os, followed by games. I guess that is essentially what crossover is. I am open to the idea but im not sure how i would go about it e.g. Sound drivers? Vga driver?

Nah, there's versions of DOSbox for Android and what's more, you could probably Turducken Windows 3.11 to get you going.
