I noticed video commercials in my country (croatia) that has a character very similar to your cyberpunk game character.
Did you give them permission or are they piggybacking on your character design?

if you search on youtube for 'a1 reklama 2020' you will receive some examples (I don't have permissions to post links as I didn't post before)
Try entry 'Ti povezuješ!' (3rd from top for me), this one has more of cyberpunk character than others, with specific details (prosthetic arm).

Just curious...

How can you even compare that low quality design to Cyberpunk, it doesn't look even close, at least not for me.

Though they are some things you could say are connected to cyber theme, so it is possible that they are piggybacking on character design.

But do you really think that they care about license, it wouldn't be a first time for them to do such a thing, they have done it before even as VIP...they don't even care about GDPR.
