I have Syberia 3 from Steam. Now that GoG has Syberia 3 as well, I thought "Connect" would add it to my GoG library. I'm still waiting. Do I misunderstand "Connect"? Am I too soon?
It gets to connect only if the publisher allows it. GOG can't do it without their permission.

Probably. As tomimt just said, GOG Connect doesn't automatically give you a GOG copy of every game you own on Steam. It's only for a selection of games, and for a limited period of time each batch. Right now, only Syberia and Syberia 2 are eligible to be 'connected'.

PS: As a rule of thumb, don't expect recently released games to be part of GOG Connect. I haven't checked the full list of GOG Connect games, but for the most part all the games had been released at least 1-2 years prior.
Thanks for the info guys.
