If your currency is supported then at the bottom of the page you can change it from USD. If not, you're out of luck.

I see Gog is hiring Portuguese speaking staff at the moment, so maybe in a not too far future, or even soon™ you'll get BRL and Portuguese support. It's just a matter of time, probably.
