The first one was good. I didn't like 2 at all. Played it briefly and then went back to CoH1. I hope you enjoy it nonetheless.

Got this for free when Steam was giving it away. I was thinking of deleting it from my library as I changed my mind. What didn't you like about it?

cant speak for them but the whole game changed as far as units etc went (as I remember).

it also felt far more multiplayer centric.

Edit: i disliked it enough (having it prior to it being free) that I hid it on my games list it seems.

Yeah, that multiplayer part was the one that got me into thinking of deleting it. Thanks.
They should consider bringing it here, the amount of times i seen it for a buck or 2 seems like they want cheap fast sales. Having it here would give the devs/ company some extra cash in the pocket. Hope it can come here soon.

First and foremost, it uses a ridiculous sales model where you have no idea what you're buying. And it had pay to win elements for multiplayer.

Besides that, it didn't play as smoothly. It doesn't feel fun.

If you've played any of Relic's Warhammer or CoH games, they're all roughly the same. Attack, defend, unit placement, special power usage with resource use and timing strategies, skill-tree-like bonus and abilities, and capturing territory to gain resources.

CoH2 tried to emulate it, but just didn't have the formula right.

That is what I remember. I recall excitedly installing it, played it with a friend for a day, but by the end of the day, we were back to CoH (which we still play).

Thanks. I'll probably won't waste my time with it.
$1.20 for the base game. (AUD)

Somewhat more than $290 for all DLC (There's 86 of them, and that calculation missed 4)

You pay to unlock 60% of the supported armies
You then pay to unlock the skill trees of the previously purchased armies, multiple times
You then pay to change the appearance of your armies.
You even get guilt-tripped into donating to charity in return for cosmetics (less Valve's 30%). If you actually cared about dolphins, a tax deductible donation would leave both you and the charity better off.

All the appearances of a free-to-play, pay-to-win game without actually being free.
