If you enjoyed X4: Foundations, we have some great news for you – X4: Envoy Pack is here!

This DLC expands X4: Foundations universe with the Envoy, a new stealth-ready frigate jointly developed by the Argon Federation and Teladi Ministry of Finance, as well as the mysterious Cypher, an unauthorised variant often found in pirate hands. Expect new mission, new gamestart, and many more!

Wishlist it now!
Nice to finally have the page to wishlist, not so happy about them selling ships as DLCs now.

But I really like what this guys have done with this game, congrats on the annoucement!
Sending envoys to the forum!

Good addition to the great game.
Naturally interested. This new stealth feature looks like something you get from the Terran DLC. That ship can only cloak itself as a Xenon ship to allow safe passage in Xenon areas while drawing ire from everybody else. Very curious how this will work. Can it allow docking in otherwise hostile stations for station hacking or data leak scanning?

I would like to remind you that you need to take this issue up with Egosoft and not gog.

I would also like to add context here. Egosoft shafted their entire community moving to steam exclusive some years ago, despite fierce protest.

Now they are on gog.

Ask Ego for parity instead of complaining here.

The url to the product page was released by Egosoft on 13th of August 2025 when the Envoy Pack was announced on their forums:

>> X4: Envoy Pack @ GOG (product page coming soon)
https://www.gog.com/game/x4_envoy_pack

..and has been non-functional until 2 days ago.

I really like to have clarity on what takes so long for a simple text to be pasted & published.

I don't care about past dramas (needless to say I was there, shooting heavily against the Steam decision when X:Rebirth was released) but I do expect that we as the human race have mastered simple web page publishing in 2025 and do NOT need a delay of 13+ days to do that.
I frankly do not mind a delay as long as they get the bugs fixed when it finally does come out. It will probably take time to work out anyway. Honestly hope there is a whole questline that creates a need to use the cloaking element. Perhaps a new subfaction that is automatically hostile? Or having to pilot a craft on behalf of faction in hostile space to that faction? Also looking forward to the pirate ship version. Does it have some relation to the Curs storyline from the Avarice DLC? I’ve got friendly relations with all community factions so I don’t really need the cloak feature as is. One thing sad about these mini dlcs is you cannot expect a long, interesting campaign or multiple questlines to come with it like the other major dlcs.

Did you ask for clarity on the Egosoft forums?
