Explore the open-world environment of Nordhook Island in War Mechanic, coming soon on GOG!

The II World War didn't end; it continues at full speed. War Mechanic is an open-world action-adventure that puts you in the shoes of Jack Wallace, a mercenary sent to Nordhook Island to reopen an abandoned military base.

Wishlist it now!
Maybe this is just a personal opinion but the premise seems a little crass; a war continuing without cause?
Cool idea. Added to wishlist.
Looks interesting.
...recreated with Unreal 5 and Lumen technology...
That makes me rather sceptical. I'll wait for some reviews.

Indeed. RTX required. And "broadband internet connection" required too...
Why is "broadband internet connection" required? Thanks.

Not for me, with those requisites. Thanks for the info

For downloading the offline installers.
I don't know... it looks good, and WWII sci-fi pulp adventure is right up my alley, but base-building and crafting I find absolutely tedious and the it looks like a rather empty world with no NPCs and nothing but robots to fight? I fear that regardless of the trappings it will get old fast. I wish they took the same premise and made something maybe more like Dishonored.

If that's the case, isn't it a bit odd that other games don't list that requirement?

I'm tentatively interested, but UE5 is always a loud *sigh* and especially for open world games, will it even run decently without DLSS?

Man, after KCD2 I wish we had more cryengine developments

The system requirements are probably just copy pasted from steam.
Looks nice - keeping an eye on it :)
Wow, this looks cool! Wishlisted.
