how hard is it to put in some actual gameplay in the trailer?
I like the art, but roguelike pretty much kills any interest I might've had.
While the artstyle looks fine, I'm worried about their "inspiration list";
Darkest Dungeon
The Coma: Recut
Skyrim
Castlevania
FTL: Faster Than Light

Those games have nothing in common. Are they taking a part they really liked from each of those games and stitching it together, into some sort of Frankenstein Monstrum? Or those are just random games that should bring our attention to this game?

It looks interesting and I'll follow it to the release but I'm worried and skeptical now.
need to see gameplay to be interested. not a big of normal trailers

Now if they'd said "we drew inspiration from all these games" that'd be another story, but it does seem like an odd list of games to mention. It's almost like they were trying to drive HYPE by mentioning popular games in a bunch of genres and hope that it would get people to go "must buy!" without doing any research.

Sorry, been burned too many times by the hype engine.

Show us live game play footage, not doctored up (like Blizzard did when they first unveiled Diablo 3), just real raw live game play footage. Along with why these things make the game "fun". THAT is how you grab the smart gamer.

The trailer left me feeling rather, ahem, cold.

I'm still paying attention to the eventual release date. I'm a sucker for RPGs.
