UnderRail is an old school turn-based isometric indie role playing game that focuses on exploration and combat.

The game is set in a distant future, when life on the Earth’s surface has long since been made impossible and the remnants of humanity now dwell in the Underrail, a vast system of metro station-states that, it seems, are the last bastions of a fading race.

Now, its Heavy Duty DLC is coming soon to GOG!

This installment introduces 3 new weapon types, as well as a special high-level side mission that will challenge even the most hardcore UnderRail veterans.

Wishlist it now!
Almost 4 years after first expansion there's another one?
Still waiting for their Infusion project...
The sound design for such imposing guns is... not the best
Sound design/sound effects as a whole have never been a strong suit in Underrail.
And it doesn't need to be, as far as I'm concerned.

I was just getting set to start a new playthru, so this is great news. :)

Hopefully "Soon" isn't too far down the line...
Maybe, but when heavy weapons are one of the key features you'd expect them to get more love
Not a deal breaker by any means, but still

On steam, the release date is november, 1
Wow, I had no idea they are working on a DLC for this game, alongside the Infusion :O
This is a no brainer - instabuy for me.
I respect the team, in that they repair the broken elements of the game. Kind of sucks though....as in, it suck to feel this is praise worthy. So many developers just leave everything a mess and wonder why nobody buys the product.

If they read this comment; try to make more items modified over enforcing them in game to break or require entire item replacement. This would be less work for you and would be much more logical. A major turn off for this game was a massive item dump. Take a look at Cataclysm Dark Days Ahead for an inventory system. Except make yours more of a cascading tree.

Naturally I mean for future games.

Don't quote me but from the UnderRail group from Reddit the expansion is rumored to come this November.
Perhaps, but considering heavy weapons are one of the core features, you would anticipate them receiving more attention. It's not a major issue, but it's worth noting nonetheless.
