*Coming Souno.
So than this is not that hardcore version of these type of games? Nice.
I'm almost always down for a good demo. Looks like a fun game, right up my alley. Definitely going to try the demo and probably wishlist it.

Try the demo before you say that :/. Everything feels a bit off to me. The basic controls aren't horrible (except that you can jump and slash up but can't stand and slash up) but somehow everything comes together badly. The down slash somehow doesn't feel usable enough to be hiding unavoidable enemies where you can only reach via down slash. The backgrounds are nice at the beginning but don't really enhace gameplay at all and there is a bit of "is this background or part of the game" (not bad though). Overall it just feels dull. The demo of 8doors was much nicer.

If the developers are reading, please find someone experienced in level design to help you figure out what is going wrong.

when all they had to do was a Hollow Knight reskin, and they failed
Looks like something I might enjoy. Always happy to see a demo! :) Will take this for a test run and then I'll decide to buy or not. Wishlisted for now.
Seems like fairly decent if unexceptional platformer, except the scrolling is pretty hard on the eyes. Not sure what they're doing there but that kills it for me unless it's fixed. It's a Unity game, but so is Hollow Knight and a bunch of other platformers like Ori etc., which are completely smooth so that's no excuse. As long as they're leaning into the "play with a gamepad" thing they should add rumble support, which gives it a little more oomph. (Though any devs using rumble, please use a slider for the options instead of just on/off...Hollow Knight's rumble is nice but a little overpowering.) Mac system requirements aren't accurate; says 10.15 minimum but is fine on 10.14.
