Cool, this was out of the blue! Can't wait will definitely snag it!
Link to game is not working.
This is completely out of the blue, but I'm not complaining. I'm guessing that this a completely separate project from the old Outcast 2 concepts that were in the news yeaaaars and yeaaaaaars ago. Here's to hoping they manage to capture the original Outcast magic.

Also, I noticed Outcast 1.1 has been made to be available for free from the store without a matching announcement, you need to go into the sale apge itself to notice, so people should be aware that they can get it if they don't own it yet. It's a fantastic game.

SOLVED: Seems like the page isn't up yet. WAKEY-WAKEY, GOG! ;)

Add.: GOG, would it be possible to implement a function to completely hide owned games, TBA titles and demos on special sale pages?

When visiting the main page, selecting Discounts, Upcoming or New Arrivals lists all games. Only after clicking on Discounted etc., will those items be shown.

When visiting a game page and clicking on publisher or developer the first time, the browser is taken back to the store page. A second click may take me to that publisher's or developer's list of games.

There are cases where both publisher and developer are the same. It happens that even after clicking on publisher a second time only the store page will show. In other cases it will show only one game when clicking on publisher and the others only when clicking on developer.

Please fix this!

outcast remaster is pretty good , one of my fav games
you know you should finally play a game when a sequel is announced... 20 fucking years later. not even sure if I should go with 1.1 or the remake. not too bothered by graphics, never have (played og deus ex last year and it already looked shit when it first came out), but I'm all about quality of life and functionality, which might point toward the remake, but the state of most games coming out these days suggests otherwise. anybody who played both and can weigh in?
low rated

I love voxels though. comanche was great, outcast seemed pretty good too based on the demo, that's why I bought it, and there are games still using it. isometric puzzlers mostly, which are among my favorites. you mean 'clearly superior' based solely on graphics, which is completely irrelevant, that's why I asked if anybody played both relatively recently.
Can't deny it, actually a little hyped for this.
I have rarely been this hyped in my life! I feel like all the common sense and caution I still had left me for good.
Can this game be released soon? I think I need it to live now.
