The lives of others.

Night in the Woods, an offbeat adventure full of mystery, questionable life choices, and demanding friendships, is coming soon, DRM-free on GOG.com!

Growing up is scary. Returning to your hometown with nothing to show for your absence can be terrifying. After three semesters, Mae drops out of college and returns to Possum Springs, looking to get back with her friends and her carefree routine. But things are not like they used to be. Everyone seems to have moved on, the town is sinking further and further down the sinkhole ever since the mines closed down, and Mae suddenly realizes she can use astral projection. Fancy that. On top of it all, weird stuff starts happening in the nearby woods. It's time to explore the city, spend time with friends, meet new people, mess things up, and investigate these strange happenings. And who knows? Perhaps you'll learn something about yourself in the process.

Wishlist Night in the Woods and prepare for a surreal but strangely relatable story about moving on -- DRM-free on GOG.com.

Yes, it's finally coming! Been waiting for it since their Kickstarter campaign. And with every update they posted, I got a little more excited about this game.
Nice, this looks unique and interesting [making a mental note of the game].

Windows 8 + 8Gb RAM. Oh, of course, it's a such resource-demanding game... :P

I'm pretty sure it will run on Windows 7 as well. At least there never was talk about it being Windows 8 / 10 only (and in fact I would be super-disappointed, because I still use Windows 7).
hooray!

looking forward to this.

glad it's getting a gog release.
Wow, finally a game with interesting artwork and not some oversized pixel graphics...
Let me join this party. I'm waiting too. :)
Love the mid-century art style! And the characters seem charming. Wishlisted!
AD is adorable, wait and see.
This does indeed look very interesting.

Looking forward to it.

You could still run it on Linux. It's free and fits nicely next to your Windows installation. :)
