You should. It's really good. Iron Lung... I dunno. While it's fun and creepy the first time around, it's extremely scripted with zero replay value (I thought the map would be randomized to some extent, but no). Then it got rediscovered as a meme game after that coffin for rich people imploded in the deep sea and the creator - probably to spite the people who bought it for morbid lulz - hiked the price quite considerably. Not that I'd mind if it were to show up on gog, but you wouldn't miss out on much if it didn't either.

Reminds me of Doom RPG (The old mobile game).
