Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector – narrative-driven, TTRPG set in sci-fi, cyberpunk world and a sequel to the Citizen Sleeper, is coming soon to GOG!

Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector will take you to a new location, put you in the declining body of a new Sleeper, and once again ask you to build a life for yourself among the stars. But this time you have a ramshackle ship and a crew you’ve recruited, both of which need you to steer them through a system-wide crisis.

You’ll be once again able to feel the freedom and flexibility of TTRPGs, the change and chaos of dice and the sense of foreboding, and progress a slowly filling clock creates, but also with fresh ideas, characters and systems into the mix.

Stay tuned and wishlist it now – roleplaying on the edge of a system in crisis as an escaped android is an adventure you cannot miss.
Very nice to see it confirmed.
It can't be a TTRPG. By definition, but also even in feel.
The dev or whoever wrote the description just has a very broad definition of what constitutes a TTRPG (i.e. not just the dice-rolling aspect) then.

The description on the store page makes it very clear that it is a narrative adventure inspired by TTRPGs and that they are once again drawing on the freedom and flexibility of TTRPGs for the development of Citizen Sleeper 2.

Having enjoyed playing the first game, I am really looking forward to what the new one will have to offer.

Exactly, with emphasis on the inspired by part.
Never claims it wants to be or play like a TTRPG.

I didn't notice this, but on the announcement page, GOG describes it as: "Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector – a narrative-driven, TTRPG set in a sci-fi cyberpunk world and a sequel to Citizen Sleeper, is coming soon to GOG!" and, further down on this page, they claim that "You'll once again be able to feel the freedom and flexibility of TTRPGs."

It might be worth changing the description to avoid any further confusion on that point.
