Looking at the screenshots a little more closely you can see where the Disco Elysium comparisons are coming from.
If Broken Roads actually plays anything like it, especially on the narrative side of things, this could be RPG Hall of Fame material right here.

Just from watching the video, this one looks very interesting. This seems like one that may have plenty of story and lots of interactions, but does it also have a decent amount of combat too?

The announcement isn't available in plaintext so can't copy and paste (great accessibility guys) and release date hasn't been updated on Steam yet.

Once again, I have to ask what the heck GOG smokes to think that a game announced in 2022 is "soon".

And the message on Steam announcing the delay now consists of a broken image link and nothing else.

These guys are amateurs. Going to de-wishlist this.

I'm patient and continue to look forward to the game until then we enjoy the backlog. :)

Their original publisher Versus Evil unfortunately went kaputt a couple weeks ago, and they only just recently signed up or maybe are still ironing out the details with tinyBuild, only fair to cut them some slack as they figure those things out.
