comfortable gaming
sounds good
Two small and one big question.

1. How do you feel about listed gaming styles?

style 1 ○ g desk and g chair
style 2 ○ couch or sofa, controllers, and tv screen on a wall by hdmi
style 3 ○ high tech g cockpit workstation
style 4 ○ laptop in bed, on a floor, carpet,
style 5 ○ arcade cabinet
style 6 ○ outdoor gaming
style 7 ○ your way, please share e.g. skydiving gaming

2. Which one is your favourite or in use?

3. How to set it up to achieve best experience?

This depends a lot on your budget.
Desk and NOT a gaming chair. I decided to risk it and I bought one, fancy design etc... Not a terrible chair, but not worth the hype.
Desk and office chair. And full keyboard.

Playing with mouse + keyboard (especially if they are wireless) is quite possible and even easy from the sofa. I've done that many times. So couch gaming does not mean you have to use a "controller" (I presume you mean a gamepad by that).

So it is either that, or desk + chair, that are what I prefer. Depends a bit on the game and the mood.

I like normal desk and rolling office chair at a PC, similar to Style 1 with less "g" factor. You could imagine what might have been considered a decent low- or mid-end desk and chair in 1998: basically that.

Another style left out from your list is a big table many people can sit around, to play boardgames, cards, or "pen and paper" RPGs. If DRM gets worse, we still can have that kind of DRM-free gaming :-)
I play anything that requires concentration and precision on a non Gaming™ desk and chair.

On my bedroom I have a setup with a wireless mouse. Great to watch movies and mouse only games. Currently playing Shadow Tactics.

On the man cave, Turn Based Strategy are ideal, do a turn every 15/30min while building something (Battle for Wesnoth, Into the Breach)

When out of home, I take the tablet and have fun playing pretty much anywhere to kill time. Touchscreen works great on a hotel bed or couch (Fell Seal, SteamWorld Heist) or using gamepads with family kids, like on the beach or weekly family meetings (Broforce, Guacamelee)
Desk, good office chair, KB&M, I'm so used to play like that, whenever happened I couldn't I didn't feel comfortable.

This.

I don't like any other way of gaming.
I sometimes like to have a tea of coffee on the side, it's just that little perk that keeps me playing a little longer. I usually just sit forwards in my swivel chair, which I'm planning to replace. I want to buy a new, more comfortable one with better back support as right now my current chair is really on its last legs.

Sometimes I'll take my laptop to the sofa though so I can lie down and game at the same time which feels super cosy lol.
