I want to pre-order some cyberpunk 2077 collector's edition and it is said that if I pre-order from GOG, I will get a physical items like poster stickers statue etc..

I literally live in Indonesia which is not officially listed yet in GOG, how can I get it and is there any additional costs ?
This is the first time I want to order collector's edition so I don't know anything..

GoG is a digital distribution platform so the pre-order for Cyberpunk 2077 on GoG is for the digital version only.
The GoG-exclusive extras are digital only as well.

Regarding the availability of the physical retail Collector's Edition in Indonesia it looks like you'll just have to wait and check https://www.cyberpunk.net/id/en/pre-order at a later date. As of now the pre-order for the physical Standard and Collector's Edition is still listed as "Coming Soon" for Indonesia.

GoG only sells digital goods. For the physical editions, you'd have to find a local retailer or import from abroad.
