GOG can sell Undying but not Jericho, no idea why.

I sent an email about Jericho to the address listed on Clive's official site linked above (run by "Phil & Sarah" apparently). I requested passing the message along to Clive, and mentioned GOG's work on old games and the Dreamlist entry with almost 7000 votes.

Clive Barker’s Jericho was removed from sale in 2014 due to a licensing dispute between Clive Barker, MercurySteam, and Microsoft. Unless that license issue is resolved, the game remains stuck in licensing hell. So, the only way to buy Jericho today is through used physical copies.

Undying, on the other hand, is a joint license between Clive Barker and EA, and they never had any licensing problems.
