the good old days when every game came out on january 1. stock up right after christmas, no need to buy anything all year.
Rules of Engagement 2 but no Breach 3? Those 2 games are supposed to connect together. I could never get it to work though. It would be awesome if Gog could get those games to interlock.
Atleast they are classics being released.
Always check such releases to see whether they jog any memory about a game played way back and forgotten. These don't, but yep, always nice to see such releases, even if just thinking of preserving game availability for a... historical perspective, for those interested.
Atlas Fallen released on steam. Still not here after 2 months.
Endless Dungeon released on steam today. Still not here.
HumanitZ released on Steam. Still not here after about a month.

Yet, these three games are still marked "Coming Soon".

Wtf are you doing GoG?

Well, I understand that the guys have the rights for the Omnitrend's games. And Breach 3 was adquired and or developed by Impressions Games. So It should be a matter of rights holding.

-----------------

About the games themselves all of them were ahead of its time in detail. Unique even for today's standsrd's, being Breach and Paladin series maybe the more traditional ones because of our knowledge, time later, of games like XCOM or Laser Squad etc...
And Rules of Engagement are some of the most detailed sim/tactical space kind of games. Very deep and detailed. I can only think in a couple more of similar Games. One very close to be relesed in GOG and the other a very good Star Trek: Bridge Commander

My only gripe is that I am interested in every title but the whole package is too expensive for me

Hmm neither game rings any bells, but I'll need some time to check them properly that I don't have right now.

It's not unusual for publishers to release here only after a game has been a while on Steam. They probably think that a DRM-free version available on day 1 would be pirated to hell and back. (Big surprise to no one: The DRM'd version is usually cracked and pirated to hell and back close to day 1. But facts were never able to convince the beancounters).

So, whenever you see that a game you want hasn't released here at the same time as elsewhere I can bet you it was the publisher's decision. Why wouldn't Gog want to get a bite out of the early adopter's pie?

Ui that is retro <3
Always great to see more classic games arrive.
These all look like DOS games, but no "powered by DOSBOX" and all Windows-only. Are these DOS games packaged with DOSBOX or are they like the Wasteland that had a "modern" wrapper around the old DOS assets?

I am definitely not interested in these if they are truly Windows-only (even if they work on wine).

edit: I guess nobody knows. Just as well. Way too expensive for a collection of old games like these, anyway. I long for the days of walking into game stores and finding multi-game, multi-CD collections for less than $10.

This is WONDERFUL, especially the Rules of Engagement games, but I gotta wonder where's Breach 3?
Just one thing about the interlocking feature. If I am not wrong both Rules of Engagement games can interlock with Breach 2, according with the game page and other info I found in different places. Can anybody give more light about it to be really sure?
So, RoE 2 would be "interlockable" with Breach 2 and 3?

EDIT: Indeed According with the back cover of the original game It interlocks with both Breach 2 and Breach 3
