screen won't rotate every other key works

sorry for the bad post must of been out of it. ultimate General: civil war; Went into the option menu under controls all keys work as expected , The rotation key is the left shift does not work , changed key and hit applyed but that did not work also. Would be good if I could position myself behind the troops easier to see what is going on.

Why is it when people post these help threads in the general forum they always do so with as little information as possible?

Got any more detail than “civil war game”?

come on, we need more then that, what game? what are your system specs? OS? what worries me more is that these people are often from Canada, have you noticed that?
